Freerunning feelings


The Real focus of Freerunning is balanced footing when doing your best to keep on a roll of jumps and flips of many kinds. Be on your toes and try to not trip on your shoelaces. Climbing the side of buildings with only ninja finger strength and the agility of a spidermonkey all while trying to keep being yourself at the same time that is a feeling of greatness when you make it down from the height of your jump or flip and you feel nothing but adrenaline rushing through you like the life blood of that next jump may save you. Always keep running never give up!
